Meet Matthew Baransy of A DJ Connection

Matthew Baransy is the owner of A DJ Connection.  As a young man he lived in Birmingham AL, Memphis TN, Attended High School in Charlotte NC, Attended and graduated from Tidewater College in Chesapeake VA. and then moved to and has lived in Pensacola FL since 1989.   He is an author, designer, singer and songwriter.  He has over 24 years of experience as an, emcee, Wedding DJ, sound tech, lighting program and designer, video production and editing technician.  He and his concert sound company has provided sound reinforcement, stage lighting and video productions for Tim McGraw, Tracy Byrd, The Drifters, Larry Stewart, Exile, Marcia Ball, Don Dokken, Little Richard, 69 Boyz, Tag Team, Ying Yang Twins. Locally he has worked with ARC, ECUA, E.S.P., City of Pensacola, Pensacola Police, Escambia County Schools, Pensacola Springfest, Sertomas 4th of July, First Night Pensacola, First Night Mobile and a variety of venues along the Gulf Coast of FL, AL and MS.  He has security clearance to work on any school grounds. He has performed at over one thousand weddings.  Matthew has been married since 1989 to Melinda and they love spending time with their two daughters ages 10 and 13. They are a Christian family and attend church in Pensacola.  They know that they have been blessed and give God thanks daily.  They love living on the Gulf Coast, and in the USA.  They are patriotic and support our military and government. They love helping to rebuild and clean up our city and encourage community pride.
